how to be a werewolf with mogwai

Share

Soft-loud Scots Mogwai have a new record coming out early next year, ominously titled Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will.

They've already given away a preview track, "Rano Pano", which you can download below.

Yesterday, filmmaker Antony Crook posted a short film entitled Thirty Century Man that features a Mogwai-produced edit of new song "How To Be A Werewolf". The film features cyclist James Bowthorpe who holds the record for cycling around the world.

Crook captures Bowthorpe riding through the Norwegian countryside and as he tells Nowness "I wanted the film to somehow give a sense of what James had achieved and the idea of him being alone, somewhere wild and isolated. We found the perfect backdrop to tell this story of somebody who points his bike at the horizon and then doesn't stop pedaling. It's a film about never giving up.”

It's also badass:
