Brooklyn electropop act Hooray For Earth released debut full length True Loves last month. It's a bright, percussion heavy album that fits in nicely to a summer listening rotation.

Today a video for "Sails" was released, which features a very disorienting Groundhog Day premise. Watch as the heroine seems caught in a loop, and make sure you hang in for the hook at 1:21:

If you're looking for a new favorite band, or a soundtrack album for summer, you might want to check out Brooklyn electropop act Hooray For Earth.

Debut album True Loves is out next week on June 7, but thanks to Spin you can stream the entire album now.

Noel Heroux, the mastermind behind Hooray For Earth, writes great pop hooks with grand choruses, vintage synths and huge drum sounds. There's a bit of a modern chillwave aesthetic mixed with the 80's synthpop of Depeche Mode or OMD.

Brooklyn electropop act and onetime Twin Shadow collaborator Hooray For Earth is set to release debut album True Loves June 7.

This week, a video for the title track was posted, featuring plenty of middle earth mysticism. "True Loves" gives you a pretty good idea of Hooray For Earth's percussion heavy synthpop:
