When last we heard from London's Friendly Fires, they had released a cover of Depeche Mode's "Strangelove" for a Gucci campaign.
Today, they offer a preview of their upcoming second album, Pala, with the single "Live Those Days Tonight." It picks up where their dance-floor-filling self titled debut left off, with exotic rhythms, soaring keyboards and breathy vocals:
Pala comes out May 24 on XL, but the entire album will be premiered at an intimate live show in London on April 7. Here in the states, we can see a live performance of "Live Those Days Tonight" tomorrow night (3/23) on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
