Brooklyn whiz kids The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart are prepping the follow up to their self titled debut
. Belong is being produced by heavy hitters Flood and Alan Moulder, and it seems The Pains are turning down the jangle and turning up the fuzz.
The lead single, "Heart In Your Heartbreak
", will be released next week on Slumberland in the US. It's already out on Fortuna POP! in the UK and you can listen to it here thanks to Drowned In Sound:If you like what you hear, download the B-side, "The One", free at the Fortuna POP! website.
