The Flip is a wonderful piece of technology — an HD video recorder that can fit in your pocket and upload videos to the web in seconds. An industrious group of Radiohead fans in Prague have created a DIY concert film with these little gadgets that turned out so kickass it now has the band's seal of approval.
As reported by Guardian UK, more than 50 fans shot an August 23, 2009 show from various vantage points and cut it together using as many angles as possible. When Radiohead saw the finished product they liked it so much, they gave the fans the official soundboard recordings of the show.
The result is a free, downloadable concert film that is a wonderful gift to hardcore Radiohead fans. You can also check out individual songs or stream the whole show on the project's YouTube channel.
